Here's how we get your order to you.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in the UK. We don't ship abroad at the moment.

How we send it

Normally by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow your parcel on its way. For bigger or heavier items we might use a different courier — but always a tracked one, so you can still keep an eye on it.

When we send it

We aim to post your order within 5 Working Days of payment, and we'll send you the tracking once it's on its way.

How long it takes

Tracked 48 usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days of being posted. That's the aim rather than a cast-iron promise — busy periods or things outside our control can occasionally slow it down.

What it costs

Delivery is worked out at the checkout and shown to you clearly before you pay.

If it doesn't turn up

Get in touch at hello@furrypinkmonkey.com and we'll help track it down and put things right. We just ask you to give it a little time beyond the estimate before we treat it as lost — parcels are sometimes just running late.
