These are the terms for using our website and buying from us, in plain English. By using the site, you're agreeing to them.

Furry Pink Monkey is a small business run by Lee Webber. You can reach us at hello@furrypinkmonkey.com.

Using the site

Please use our website fairly and legally, and don't try to break it or misuse it. You need to be 18 or over to buy from us.

Our words and pictures

The text, photos and logos on here are ours, or used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.

What we sell

Most of our items are pre-owned, vintage or collectable. We describe and photograph everything as honestly as we can, and the photos are part of the description. Because so much of it is second-hand, a little age or gentle wear that matches the description is normal — it's part of the charm, not a fault.

Prices and paying

All prices are in pounds (£). We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT added. We try hard to get prices right, but if we spot a mistake on something you've ordered, we'll let you know and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel. You pay at the checkout through our payment provider.

Your order

When you place an order, we'll confirm we've received it — but that's just a "got it", not acceptance yet. Your order is properly accepted when we send it out. Now and then we may need to turn down or cancel an order (say, if something's sold out or there's been a price error). If we do, you'll get a full refund.

Changed your mind, or something's wrong?

Our Returns & Refunds Policy covers all of that. And whatever these terms say, your legal rights as a shopper always still apply.

If something goes wrong

We'll never try to dodge responsibility for things the law won't let us — like injury caused by our carelessness, or fraud. Beyond that, we're not responsible for losses that couldn't reasonably have been expected. None of this affects your legal rights.

Things outside our control

We can't be held responsible for delays caused by things we can't control, such as postal strikes or bad weather. If something like that happens, we'll keep you posted and do our best to sort it.

Which law applies

These terms follow the law of England and Wales.

Changes
